At VetBadger, we understand that access to your data is important — whether you're evaluating our platform, transitioning between systems, or closing out your account. This policy outlines how we handle data extract requests.

Complimentary Extracts

We provide two complimentary data extracts per account:

• Sample / Test Extract — An initial extract provided early in your relationship with VetBadger, typically used to verify data integrity, test integrations, or evaluate the format of exported data.
• Final Extract — A complete export of your data provided at the conclusion of your use of the platform, ensuring you retain full access to your records.

These two extracts are included at no additional charge as part of your standard service.

Additional Extracts

Any data extract requests beyond the two complimentary extracts described above are subject to an additional fee. This covers the time and resources required to prepare, validate, and securely deliver your data.
